FREE EDUCATOR ACCOUNTS

School teachers and related school personnel can sign up for a free 12-month educator account here for 10 to 50 students. Free annual renewals are available with confirmation of current school placement.

PURCHASE ORDERS

We are partnered with several charter schools and grant programs to accept purchase orders for 6 and 12-month term accounts. If we are not already a listed vendor with your school or funding source, please either check with them or email us with your school info. Many organizations will make us a vendor with a parent request.

REDEEM PAGE HELP:
If you have a product key or redemption code not working on the Redeem page, email your name and the 16-character code. We will verify the code and get your account set up quickly!

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Email support@redapplereading.com to cancel a membership or close an account. Monthly account customers can click the Cancel link on the Account Profile page of the dashboard. Allow up to 48 hours to process cancellations. Partial refunds are not given after thirty days of term purchase or for unused time on an account. View our REFUND POLICY here. Please note: we do not refund discounted purchases made on other websites. Contact the place of purchase for their terms.
